Toronto, May 12, 2025 — Plus Company today announced the appointment of Ryan McCracken as President of its newly created Integrated Digital Experience Group, a key step in the network’s strategy to scale its marketing technology and customer experience capabilities across all Plus Company geographies.
Ryan brings more than two decades of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and digital technology. Most recently, he held senior leadership roles at Accenture Song and Accenture Interactive, where he led numerous high-impact digital programs to help Fortune 500 clients deliver revenue growth across the continent, cementing his reputation as a strategic force in the evolving digital experience and transformation landscape. Prior to that, Ryan was a founding executive team member of Bloom, Accenture’s Innovation and Venturing group, where he played a key role in launching and scaling disruptive businesses and products, further underscoring his entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive innovation from the ground up.
In his new role, Ryan will lead the integration of Plus Company’s marketing technology, experience design, digital development, and data strategy capabilities. His appointment follows the successful acquisition of three specialized firms: Zapiens (experience design), Mindshakers (digital development), and Munvo (MarTech consultancy), bringing top-tier expertise together under one unified leadership.
This appointment builds on the strong foundation laid by leaders across these firms, particularly Nabil Taydi, a member of Plus Company’s management team and a shareholder. Nabil will now transition into the role of non-executive President at Munvo, continuing to contribute at a strategic level and serve as a trusted mentor to the team. This move is made possible by the appointment of Artour Kitbalian as SVP of Professional Services at Munvo.
“These moves reflect Plus Company’s ongoing commitment to building a seamless, end-to-end ecosystem that connects creativity, media, data, and technology across the entire marketing value chain,” said Mélanie Dunn, President of Plus Company Canada.
Ryan will report to Mélanie and collaborate closely with Karine Courtemanche, newly appointed CEO of Plus Media, and Louis Duchesne, newly appointed President of Cossette Canada. Together, this powerhouse trio will align strategy across the group’s creative, media, and digital experience.
“With Cossette as our flagship creative agency and a powerful media network led by Karine, we’re embedding digital experience, including advanced MarTech and data capabilities, at every stage of the marketing journey—from strategy and storytelling to execution and performance,” added Dunn.
“I’m excited to join Plus Company because of its bold vision, focus on business impact and belief in the power of creativity, backed by data and technology,” said McCracken. “We’re not just adding capabilities, we’re orchestrating smarter, faster, more connected solutions to drive real business outcomes for our clients”.
This appointment reinforces Plus Company’s broader strategy, which places people and expertise at the heart of its value proposition. By investing in core strengths and forging bold partnerships, the company is expanding its integrated marketing growth anchored by strong, integrated leadership across media, creative, and experience design.
