Plus Company Appoints Dominique Dufour to Lead National Production
Plus Company has appointed Dominique Dufour to the newly created role of General Manager, National Production. In this strategic position, she will oversee the operations of the network’s two production studios—Septième (Montreal and Quebec City) and Magic Circle Workshop (Toronto and Vancouver)—with the goal of accelerating collaboration and bolstering innovation across Plus Company’s Canadian network.

In her mandate, Dominique will focus on deepening integration between agencies and studios, fostering the fluid exchange of talent and expertise, and ensuring seamless, consistent execution across Plus Company’s offices in Halifax, Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, and Vancouver.

Among her top priorities are advancing experiential production and integrating AI tools as catalysts for creativity. This evolution will be supported through targeted hiring and investment, including the rollout of an intelligent production ecosystem.
