Since stepping into her role less than 18 months ago, Courtemanche has completely redefined Plus Company’s media approach. She integrated the operations of agencies Cossette Media and Jungle Media into a unique, agile, and fluid network, thereby strengthening collaboration between Canadian and U.S. teams to deliver cutting-edge expertise to all clients.

Since she joined, Plus Company launched AI-driven tools like AIOS and Mediabox, which have not only optimized client results, but also contributed to a record-setting year for the company. She also established new business units, such as the Bureau of Insights, which centralizes strategic resources from across the network to better address client needs. These efforts have supported the onboarding of high-profile clients like Hydro-Québec, BRP, and Decathlon, alongside recruiting 40 new specialists in just a few months.
