Open House: For Emerging Black Talent

As part of Black History Month, Plus Company Canada is proud to continue championing equity, diversity, and inclusion by hosting open houses across Canada. “This initiative builds on the success of the inaugural Open House, which welcomed nearly 70 Black professionals” says Mélissa Calixte, Senior Director, EDI, at Plus Company. “By fostering such connections, we continue to support career aspirations and create pathways for change within an industry where systemic barriers still persist.” 

This year’s theme of Black History Month, which highlights the contributions of Black communities to labour and progress, resonates deeply with our efforts to create equitable opportunities within the industry. These open houses are another step in advancing that mission.
