Creating Connections: Plus Company Canada’s Open House for Black Talent Returns Nationwide

Mentorship and insight, across the county. This Black History Month, Plus Company Canada is proud to launch the third edition of its nationwide Open House for Black talent. This annual initiative is designed to support professional development and strengthen access to the communications industry through real conversations, practical guidance, and meaningful connections.

Hosted in collaboration with our network of leading agencies — Cossette, Cossette Media, Citizen Relations, Impact, Jungle, K72, Magic Circle Workshop, Mekanism, Mekanism Media, Middle Child, Munvo, Septième, Visionnaire, and We Are Social — the Open House brings together Black professionals from diverse backgrounds to connect with mentors, leaders, and experts across the industry.

More than a networking event, this Open House creates space for honest dialogue, learning, and relationships that can make a lasting difference in a professional journey. After two successful editions, Plus Company Canada is proud to continue expanding the program. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting Black talent and helping foster a more equitable industry.
